Photo Flash: Theatrical Niche Brings its Signature High-Energy, Physical Theatre to Oscar Wilde's LADY WINDERMERE'S FAN

When a mysterious new beauty enters high society, the in-crowd are sent scattering outwards, bent utterly backwards and flattened low to find out exactly who they are dealing with. Dismayed to discover her own husband is caught up in the rumours, can young Lady Windermere keep him in line, or will she end up fanning the very fires she is trying so hard to put out Oscar Wilde's raucous social comedy pulls apart the intricacies of etiquette and flips expectation rump-over-head in this scathingly funny satire.

Exploiting themes of stereotype, superficiality and personal sacrifice, this high-speed adaptation will tour the Regions and London in Autumn 2017, using characteristic touches of Commedia Dell'Arte and Stylised Movement.

Pamela Schermann directs the Theatrical Niche team for the first time in this riotous production.

Lady Winderemere's Fan will be the twelfth and largest tour yet for Theatrical Niche, a company known for its exciting, multi-disciplinary, educational and, above all, relevant productions.
