Immersion Theatre Company presents Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare, Tuesday 20 to Saturday 24 October.
Inspired by the brutality of the Kent miners' strike, this tragic story of forbidden love and bitter rivalry is boldly relocated to 1980's England and promises to be a gritty, visceral and highly accessible production infused with heart-break, danger and comedy. Perfect for both the seasoned theatre-goer and the budding literary enthusiast.
