Captain Krankypants Comes to The Albany Theatre

On Friday 15 and Saturday 16 March 2019, Australian returned veteran and successful businessman Trace Dann, known to audiences worldwide as the legendary Captain Krankypants, will be entertaining guests at The Studio, Albany Theatre, Coventry with his highly energetic presentation on how to enjoy life despite suffering from depression, anxiety and PTSD.
With so many people today suffering with these conditions, Captain Krankypants will be sharing the story of his own journey, from a life of inner turmoil, stress, unhappiness, displeasure, annoyance, anger and distrust to a new life of self-awareness, acceptance, trust and, hopefully, happiness.
"It's great to have Trace here in Coventry after his successful UK tour in December last year - it's a real treat to have him at the Studio for this special event," explains David Meredith, Albany Theatre Director.
"We're so happy to have him bring the show to us with a special focus on advice for family members and friends of people suffering from PTSD and Depression."
While speaking from his own experience, this two hour presentation includes advice to all sufferers of the conditions - military, first responders, victims of crime, accident survivors, victims of assault, trauma survivors and sufferers with complex PTSD.
Tickets for the shows, which start at 7:30 pm, are £12 and available from the theatre 024 7699 8964 or online at www.albanytheatre.co.uk/captain-krankypants.
