Andrew Bird Brings His First Headline Tour To The Swindon Arts Centre

Top Comedian Andrew Bird brings his first headline tour to the Swindon Arts Centre on Thursday 7 March.

Riding a wave of success after supporting Michael McIntyre on the UK leg of his Big World Tour, including sell out shows at the O2 and Wembley, Andrew will be showcasing all new material as part of his 13 date Ha Ha Time Tour of the UK and Ireland.

His opening night show in Milton Keynes was sold out as have dates in Cardiff, and Northampton, there are also limited tickets left at number of other shows.

Andrew, who is currently doing the warm up for the new series of All Round to Mrs Brown's even enlisted the help of the shows stars to promote his tour in a series of video clips recorded in character. Star comedian, Jason Manford has also been promoting Andrew's tour on his offical Facebook page after Andrew supported him last week.

Andrew said: "I'm pretty excited about doing my own tour. I played to over half a million people supporting Michael McIntyre so everyone kept telling me to do my own tour, don't leave me hanging now! I've been working on loads of new material so it's time to get out there, hope to see you along the way."

As well as his own tour, Andrew has been busy supporting the legendary American comedian Brian Regan whose recent Netflix series was produced by Jerry Seinfeld. Brian hand-picked Andrew as his support for his first ever show in England. He has been doing more support slots with Michael McIntyre, The New Blockbusters with Dara O'Brien and Judge Romesh with Romesh Ranganathan as well as running two of his own monthly comedy nights with Lone Wolf in Buckingham and Bicester.

He has also supported Rhod Gilbert and Rob Brydon, has written for TV shows 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown, Jon Richardson's Ultimate Worrier, and Lee Mack's Duck Quacks Don't Echo and is a regular guest on BBC Radio's The Rhod Gilbert Show.

Andrew has declared his tour a BREXIT free zone guaranteeing anyone who buys a ticket a complete escape from the constant barrage of BREXIT this and BREXIT that!
