The Winter's Tale "takes us on a great arc of emotion and experience, capturing the play's themes of death and regeneration, hostility and reconciliation" (The New York Times) and "dazzles with its visual drama, choreography" (The Washington Post). A co-production with The Royal Ballet (UK), Christopher Wheeldon'sThe Winter's Tale opens the 2017/18 season on November 10.

In this new video, Principal Dancer Piotr Stanczyk discusses why he loves dancing the role of Leontes. He performs opposite First Soloist Hannah Fischer as Hermione on opening night.
