This Autumn, for two weeks only, audiences can catch Toronto's comedy elite together on-stage as they revision and remount The Adventures of Tom Shadow from October 11-22, 2017 at Factory Theatre!

Written and performed by Toronto's top comedians, The Adventures of Tom Shadow, is a hysterically-funny yet heart-wrenching musical that follows ... well ... the adventures of Tom Shadow, as he travels through the mystical and magical Cloud Kingdom! This irreverent tale, though full of magic and whimsy, is definitely not for kids. Think Peter Pan meets anyone messing with Liam Neeson's kids.

The cast is a proverbial super-group of stand-up, sketch and improv comedians: Lisa Gilroy (YTV's The Zone, The Beaverton), Mark Little (Mr. D., CONAN), Natalie Metcalfe (The Sketchersons, O Dat Dum), ChristIan Smith (The Second City HouseCo, Soul Decision), and Kevin Vidal (Workin' Moms, Come From Away 2018).

Created by the company, The Adventures of Tom Shadow will be directed by Peter Stevens of award-winning sketch troupe Elephant Empire, with sound design and stage management by SeAnn Murray of Just For Laughs Best Comedy Award-winners Sex T-Rex, lighting design by Meg Maguire and musical direction and accompaniment by 2016 Dora nominee Jordan Armstrong of comedy duo Death Ray Cabaret.

"It was a miracle that we were able to get this group of incredible performers together for this production in October before they embark on adventures of their own," said Artistic Director of Theatre Lab, Michael Orlando.

This October, Torontonians will have recuperating after TIFF, buying pumpkins, and The Adventures of Tom Shadow, to look forward to! Performed to sold-out audiences in June 2017 at the Bad Dog Theatre, The Adventures of Tom Shadow is back due to high demand with this remount by Theatre Lab.
