Tickets are on sale for Muic of the Night: A Tribute to Colm Wilkinson, a one night only musical tribute to Colm Wilkinson featuring Broadway stars Adam Brazier, Chilina Kennedy, Aaron Walpole, Tony nominee Josh Young, internationally acclaimed Jennie Such, and more artists performing the gorgeous songs he made famous.
About Colm Wilkinson: Colm Wilkinson's life is surrounded by music. The celebrated Broadway star has spent years on the stage, mesmerizing audiences with his starring roles in LES MISERABLES and The Phantom of the Opera. With the release of his new album, Broadway And Beyond The Concert Songs, and his accompanying stage show of the same name, he is set to do a concert tour and entertain audiences once again.
Starting his career in the 1970s, when he performed around his native Ireland with one of the best Irish bands of the era, The Action, Wilkinson has gone on to become one of the most celebrated performers of our time. He has had several pop hits in Ireland on the Release label as C.T. Wilkinson, and in 1972 took on the role of Judas Iscariot in the Dublin and London productions of Jesus Christ Superstar. In 1976, he also played the part of Che Guevara on the original white album of the musical Evita.Gala tickets for Muic of the Night: A Tribute to Colm Wilkinson cost $150 and champagne reception following the performance and tax receipt for $75.
Tickets are also available at $20 & $50 for the performance only.
Proceeds of this fundraising event will support the Colm Wilkinson Scholarship at Ryerson Theatre School.
