This Sunday, November 8th, 2009, the legendary performer William H. Cosby Jr graces the stage of the John Labatt Centre in London with his one-man show, "An Evening with Bill Cosby".  Early reviews from other stops on Mr. Cosby's route have been very positive, so this looks like an event that shouldn't be missed.  He is said to touch on everything from how everyone hates the baby in the family, to issues surrounding men one day being afraid of their wives, and parents taking their children off to college.  He even attempts to teach the audience a lesson while he performs.  According to Chelsea Krotzer, staff writer for the Daily Record, Cosby (while speaking as a parent) stated: "Give me a kiss, not because you're bad. Give me a hug because you're mine and I am yours. That's what it's all about."

Mr. Cosby's success spans over five decades and almost all media, from his humble beinnings a child in a Philly project to his popular stand-up act and best selling albums, and then to his hugely popular TV series The Cosby Show, which is widely credited with having revived the family sitcom.

An Evening With Bill Cosby performs two shows in London today, the first at 1PM and then an evening show at 5PM.  Tickets are still available and can be purchased in person at the JLC Box Office (located at 99 Dundas Street in London, ON) by phone at 1-866-455-2849 or online by clicking here
