Hayes Theatre Co Announces Free PRODUCERS SEMINAR on 8/11
Hayes Theatre Co (HTC) is holding a Producers Seminar for current and would be producers, on Monday, 11 August at 6.30pm.
This free event will have guest speakers from the Musical Theatre industry including John Frost AM from The Gordon Frost Organisation, Torben Brookman, Executive Producer at Ambassador Theatre Group Asia Pacific, Neil Gooding, Chair of Hayes Theatre Co and producer of Neil Gooding Productions and Packemin Productions and Richard Carroll and Lisa Campbell from Luckiest Productions who are also on the Hayes Theatre Co Board.The evening will hear from producers about their experiences and what they feel are the key ingredients for producing musical theatre, as well as an insight into producing independent musical theatre at HTC and what HTC is looking for in possible submissions for the 2015 season.

Hayes Theatre Co is a dedicated music theatre and cabaret venue in Potts Point that was formerly the home of the Darlinghurst Theatre Company. Named for Australian musical theatre legend, Nancye Hayes OAM, Hayes Theatre Co honours and builds on the vast history of Australian Musical Theatre and its practitioners. This not-for-profit venue is managedby Independent Music Theatre, a collaborative partnership focusing on providing a permanent home for small-scale musical theatre and cabaret. By providing venue space to newly mounted productions, Hayes Theatre Co, will be a presenting partner together with independent producers and artists. Hayes Theatre Co is made possible through the City of Sydney's Accommodation Grant Program.
