JIM KNOPF UND LUKAS DR LOGGIFÜEHRER is running at Theater Arlecchino in Basel from May 2 to May 16, every Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.
The island of Lummerland, which is ruled by King Alfonso the Quarter before Twelve, one day receives a new inhabitant - the postman brings a package in which there is a small boy. The orphan is named Jim and raised by shopkeeper Mrs. Waas. As Jim Knopf gets bigger, the island is too small for all residents. At the suggestion of the king, the railway company is to be shut down. Luke, the locomotive driver, and Jim leave the island with the converted to the ship locomotive Emma. It is the beginning of an adventurous journey!
This production is suitable for the entire family. The cast features: Silvio Fumagalli, Ismaël Boubakar, Silvia Alioski, Anouk Héritier, Silja Immeli, Manuel Müller and Reinhardt Stehle.
