Max & Louie Productions Announces Casting For THE VIOLET HOUR
The Voilet Hour will be directed by Sydnie Grosberg Ronga, and stars Betsy Bowman, Jake Ferree, Drew Pannebecker, Monica Parks and Antonio Rodriguez. The show runs August 23rd through September 2nd, 2012 at COCA's intimate Black Box Theatre (524 Trinity Avenue, University City, MO 63130).
It's 1919 in New York and the life of a young publisher is about to change forever. All of the circumstances have come to a head as he struggles between the loyalty of friendship and his secret love. Suddenly, this mysterious machine arrives spewing out stacks of paper while his hapless assistant strives vainly to stem the flood. What is written on these pages? The mixture of comedy and tragedy comment on the issues of the times, past, present, and future.
The Violet Hour performances are Aug 23-Sep 2, 2012 on Wednesdays-Saturdays at 8pm, Sundays at 2pm and 7:30pm.
