MOON OVER BUFFALO Opens Friday, July 24

By:

Insight Theatre Company proudly presents Ken Ludwigs comedy MOON OVER BUFFALO opening this Friday, July 24th at 8 pm at the Heagney Theatre on the campus of Nerinx Hall. The story centers on George and Charlotte Hay, fading stars of the 1950's who are playing Private Lives and Cyrano De Bergerac in rep in Buffalo, New York. On the brink of a disastrous split-up, they receive word that they might just have one last shot at stardom: Frank Capra is coming to town to see their matinee, and if he likes what he sees, he might cast them in his new film. Unfortunately for George and Charlotte, everything that could go wrong does. As a result, this tribute to "Life in the Theatre" is simply outrageously hilarious!!

Edward Coffield states, "MOON OVER BUFFALO is a tremendous valentine to the theatre and its denizens. I hope that audiences will be immeasurably entertained and also reminded in a very sweet and funny way about the tradition of 'the show goes on'." Starring Alan Knoll, Jenni Ryan, Sam Auch, Tommy Nolan, Pete Winfrey Kara Overlein, Eric Dean White and Will Bonfiglio, this show is sure to have you laughing!
