GREASE Cast Member To Teach Master Dance Class At COCA

Fox Performing Arts Charitable Foundation is pleased to announce collaboration with the Center of Contemporary Arts (COCA) to present a 90 minute Master Dance Class taught by GREASE cast member Kelly Felthous. This unique opportunity to learn choreography from the show, taught by a working professional will take place on Friday, January 15 at COCA, 524 Trinity Avenue in University City. Class is scheduled 4:30 - 6:00 p.m. A Q&A period is included in the 90 minute session.
GREASE, by Jim Jacobs and Warren Casey, is the all-American musical based on the sub-cultures of high school life in the 1950's featuring notable songs such as "We Go Together" and "Hopelessly Devoted to You". The current National Tour production features Taylor Hicks in the role of "Teen Angel." Master Dance Class instructor Kelly Felthous portrays "Marty" one of the Pink Ladies. Ms. Felthous has performed Off Broadway in Seussical and Max and Ruby. Her credits also include a National Tour of The Sound of Music and numerous New York and Regional Theatre productions. The GREASE National Tour company is in residence in St. Louis January 12 - 24, playing the Fabulous Fox Theatre.The Master Dance Class is open to anyone who wishes to register.
