First Run Theatre Announces Selections for Reading Festival

First Run Theatre will announce the finalists of our 10th annual script submissions. These scripts were selected from full length and one act plays  received from January 1 2011 to November 30 2011.

Brooklyn Bagatelle by Neville Mur
The Sudden Glide by David A. Crespy
We Wish You Could Come Walter Mondale by Nick Kloppenberg
Open On Sundays All Makes Repaired  by Gerry Mandel
What Ever Remains by Jason Slavik
The Predicament by Patrick Conroy 

 

These plays will be presented as on-stage readings with actors and afterward audience discussion in our 10th Annual Play Reading Festival March 23, 24 & 25 2012, in the Thomas Hunter Theatre at DeSmet Jesuit High School, 233 N New Ballas Road, Creve Coeur MO. 

 

Friday                23 March 7PM            Brooklyn Bagatelle
Saturday            24 March 1pm            The Sudden Glide
Saturday            24 March 7pm            We Wish You Could Come Walter Mondale
                                                       Open On Sundays All Makes Repaired 
Sunday              25 March 1pm            What Ever Remains
Sunday              25 March 7pm            The Predicament

From these readings First Run will select two scripts to be presented for our 10h season starting in June 2012.

The readings are free and open to the public.
