PYNKALICIOUS 2017 Breast Cancer Awareness Event Announced ImageThe Chapman Foundation in association with SHEEN Magazine join forces to celebrate "Life, Survival, and Purpose" at the annual "PYNKALICIOUS Breast Cancer Walk." This family friendly event was created to help raise funds for breast cancer survivors, the Pearlie Harris Center for Breast Health and the Little Red Door Cancer Agency (Indianapolis, IN). This momentous occasion will feature a mobile mammography unit, entertainment, delicious treats, give-a-ways and other surprises.

There is scientific proof that early detection is the most effective way of fighting breast cancer. Therefore, CFI and SHEEN magazine are doing their part to help get the message out. Executives from CFI and SHEEN Magazine agree, "We are on a mission to bring awareness (and prevention) of a disease that has taken countless lives and devastated so many families. Thus, on this special day we will do "Everything Pink" via an event that highlights transformation, purpose and style."

The 4K walk will have (2) routes South Carolina and Indiana. For more information please contact: http://www.chapmanfoundation.com/pynkalycious/ (vending opportunities are still available).

The Chapman Foundation is a 501(c) (3) organization founded in 1999 by Mrs. Kimberly Chapman. It was created to offer state wide programs and assistance to those in need. CFI provides scholarships to high school students, delivers school supplies and toys to the less fortunate, and more. Headquartered in Greenville-SC, CFI's goal is to reach diverse communities and deliver messages that address unique concerns about breast cancer and early detection. The Foundation donates (a minimum of) $250,000 annually, to children in the "Southern Regions" as well as abroad.

When: Saturday-October 7, 2017. Where: Nirvana Cultural Center, 30 Howard Creek Drive, Columbia-South Carolina, 29644. Time: 9:00am-2:00pm
