Intimate Dinner; or "Tap Water Is Fine," is a solo show that invites the audience to an exclusive, holiday themed, Food and Wine Festival Event at a neighborhood upscale-fine dining eatery in Downtown Greenville. The audience follows server Lauren as she waits on various customers with surprise guest appearances by celebrity chefs. The audience will watch as their server navigates her way through an unusually hectic shift, and they may even be asked to participate in the celebrity chefs' cooking demonstrations.
