Centre Stage Announces Auditions For ROCK N ROLL HEAVEN 10/18, 10/19

Auditions for Rock 'n Roll Heaven will be held OCTOBER 18 and 19 at 7 p.m. at Centre Stage (inside the Citi Smith Barney Building), 501 River Street, Greenville. Show dates are February 18 - March 13, 2010. Directed by Nashville studio musician Joe Wehunt whose on-stage band will include Gold Record-winning saxophone player Doug Norwine, the Touchstone Pictures staff musician whose work has been featured on The Simpsons, Seinfeld, Roseanne and The Tonight Show. This production will be a major musical and media event in Greenville with ticket sales expected to sell out over the course of its 4-week run!

Come to the audition prepared to sing a song that best showcases your ability to sing rock 'n roll hits of the 50s, 60s and 70s made famous by performers who've gone on to their great reward. Accompanist will be provided, so bring sheet music clearly marked with cuts, etc. If you accompany yourself on guitar or keyboard, all the better. Keyboard will be provided.
