On Broadway Presents AN AFRICAN DREAM Starring 3 Tons of Fun, Opens 7/6
On Broadway presents AN AFRICAN DREAM. The show will run on Tuesdays through Saturdays from July 6th until July 30th. On Broadway is located at 44 Long Street in Cape Town. AN AFRICAN DREAM stars 3 Tons Of Fun (Michelle Thomas, Bulelwa Cosa, and Nontokozo Sithembile Mfuphi). It is directed by Irit Noble with music direction by Shaun Deveries and musical arrangements by Alistair Izobell.
3 TONS OF FUN have always been synonomous with On Broadway, so we are delighted to welcome the larger-than-life ladies back in their all-African show from Tuesday 06th July 2010, in our new venue situated in the hub of Cape Town’s nightlife, on Long Street.
This time around 3 TONS OF FUN will pay tribute to the incredible talents of fellow African musicians including Brenda Fassie, Judith Sephuma, Mandoza, Mango Groove amongst others.3 TONS OF FUN have teamed up with phenomenally talented musical director Shaun de Vries and his incredible young band to present this tribute show.
