The cast of CPC Theatrical's new production of William Shakespeare's Hamlet have been busy rehearsing for the June 25 preview and June 26 opening at the Abbey Theater of Dublin, located in the Dublin Community Recreation Center in Coffman Park.

Folger Theatre concludes its highly successful 2014/15 season with Tom Stoppard's fabulously inventive, existentialist tragicomedy Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead. Directed by four-time Helen Hayes Award-winner Aaron Posner (Stoppard's Arcadia, The Taming of the Shrew at Folger), this modern classic will play at Folger Theatre now through June 21, 2015. Today, 20 February 2015, it is announced that Hamlet will be broadcast to cinemas around the world on Thursday 15 October 2015 as part of National Theatre Live. The cast is led by Derek Hasenstab (Broadway National Tour of The Lion King; The Foreigner and I Hate Hamlet at Drury Lane Theatre; Oedipus Complex at the Goodman Theatre; and Sunday in the Park with George at Chicago Shakespeare Theater) as "William Gillette" and nine-time Jeff Award-winner Alene Robertson (National Tour of Annie,Mame at Drury Lane Theatre, and The Full Monty and Hello, Dolly! at Marriott Theatre) as "Martha Gillette." THE GAME'S AFOOT is written by Ken Ludwig (Lend Me a Tenor, The Fox on the Fairway, Crazy for You, and Moon Over Buffalo) and directed by Drury Lane Theatre Artistic Director William Osetek (Young Frankenstein and next to normal at Drury Lane Theatre).
