The best of Broadway came together to salute love in all forms on May 23, 2022, singing and dancing in celebration of LGBTQ+ stories and musical theater at the first live performance of Broadway Backwards since 2019. View photos from Broadway Backwards here.

Through an unprecedented collaboration with the U.S. Embassy Moscow, the U.S. Department of State, Broadway Moscow, and Stage Entertainment Russia, the not-for-profit performing arts education organization offered master class program in Moscow from March 29 through April 11. See all the great photos from the trip below!

On Thursday, September 24th, the National YoungArtsFoundation (YoungArts) kicked off their 2015-2016 season with the second annual YoungArts Awareness Day, a national campaign to encourage young artists to pursue their dreams of becoming professional artists and to show that #becauseofyoungarts, artists ages 15 to 18 years are able to take the next steps toward achieving their goals and building a strong professional network including award-winning and acclaimed alumni. This year's celebration included a series of public events in New York, Miami, and Los Angeles. The Long Island premiere of 'Disney's Mary Poppins' is set to fly at the Patchogue Theatre - featuring Broadway caliber actors and aerial effects. The musical, produced by The Gateway, plays July 2-19. Scroll down for a first look at the cast in action!

Local performer Jerick Hoffer, winner of the hit reality TV show 'RuPaul's Drag Race' as drag alter ego Jinkx Monsoon and co-star of the critically acclaimed off-Broadway sleeper hit The Vaudevillians, return to Seattle through December 22 for an encore performance of Hedwig and the Angry Inch at the historic Moore Theatre, a co-production of Balagan Theatre and Seattle Theatre Group. Following the December 18th performance, Hoffer partnered with Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center to host an exclusive VIP after party, Cabaret for a Cause: A Jinkx Monsoon partnership with Fred Hutch to end HIV.
