On Friday, October 7 at 10:00p.m. ET/PT, WE tv will take viewers behind the drama, intrigue, betrayal, and sex that occurs both on and off-screen in Latino Hollywood, when it premieres its newest docu-series, MY LIFE IS A TELENOVELA.

The 25th anniversary celebration of GYPSY OF THE YEAR, the culmination of six weeks of extraordinary fundraising by 56 participating Broadway, Off-Broadway, and national touring companies, raised an amazing $4,343,234 for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. The grand total was announced Tuesday, December 10, at this year's GYPSY OF THE YEAR, which included an array of original dances, songs, and skits performed by more than 250 'gypsies,' the most talented singers and dancers in the ensembles of Broadway and Off-Broadway shows. The Boston Theater Critics Association (BTCA) has announced its nominations for the 31st Annual Elliot Norton Awards. The awards, which recognize excellence in Greater Boston theater, will be presented on Monday, May 13, at 7 p.m. at the Paramount Mainstage, 559 Washington Street, Boston. The Public Theater presents VENICE, a new musical with book by Eric Rosen, music by Matt Sax, lyrics by Matt Sax and Eric Rosen, and additional music by Curtis Moore, for its 2013 spring season at the newly revitalized Public Theater at Astor Place. Directed by Eric Rosen, VENICE will run in The Public's Anspacher Theater beginning on Tuesday, May 28 through Sunday, June 23, with an official press opening on Thursday, June 13. VENICE is a next generation Broadway musical that uses the vocabulary of hip-hop while sampling Othello and Brecht to spin an epic tale of struggle and redemption. Watch a promo for the show below!
