The New Group has announced four productions for its 2017-2018 Season.

The Geffen Playhouse today announced five plays in its 2017/2018 season with a focus on staging works by emerging contemporary playwrights and celebrated veteran writers.

For the tenth year in a row, improvisers from across metro Detroit will come together for 24 hours of improv comedy at Snow Day X, a benefit fundraiser event from 8:00 pm Saturday, January 14 to 11:00 pm Sunday, January 15 at Go Comedy! Screen and stage star Elizabeth Reaser, best known for her performances in the blockbuster Twilight film franchise and her season-long arc on 'Grey's Anatomy,' will step into its upcoming production of The Money Shot for the departing Heather Graham, who exits the production due to a late-breaking opportunity to begin production on a passion project.
