During his early years, Guy found himself looking like 'a million other' young stage actors, but the 9/11 tragedy sent his career in a new direction as he became an award-winning documentary director for the Salvation Army's media department.
Anne Clyne Selected For Music Alive Three-Year Residency Award

Berkeley Symphony and composer Anna Clyne have been chosen from a field of 59 applicant pairs to participate in a three-year composer-orchestra residency program, Music Alive, created by the League of American Orchestras and New Music USA. Berkeley Symphony and Clyne are one of only five composer-orchestra pairs to be selected by their peers, who represent a cross-section the U.S. orchestra world.
Yale School of Drama Forms Frederick Loewe Scholarships

YALE SCHOOL OF DRAMA has established two new scholarships with a $100,000 gift from The Frederick Loewe Foundation: the Frederick Loewe Musical Theatre Scholarship, which will be awarded to a playwriting student who demonstrates particular interest in musical theatre composition; and the Frederick Loewe Directing Scholarship in honor of Floria V. Lasky.

Pontine Theatre presents it's original production, A New England Christmas, underwritten by Chris Dwyer & Michael Huxtable. Pontine's Artistic Directors, Marguerite Mathews and Greg Gathers, perform a selection of Christmas stories and poems by New England authors, including Mary Wilkins Freeman, William Dean Howells, Sarah Orne Jewett, Ogden Nash and more. The show combines lively storytelling and charming Victorian-style Toy Theatre Figures along with seasonal music. These charming holiday tales - in addition to holiday punch and cookies - are sure to put you in the Christmas spirit! Performances are offered Friday @7:30, Saturday @4 & Sunday @2.
