A group of exceptional young artists from Europe and the United States will convene in Los Angeles this October. Feldstärke ('Force Field') International is a joint educational exchange project led by three international arts organizations: Cent Quatre in Paris, France, PACT Zollverein in Essen, Germany and California Institute of the Arts (CalArts) in Los Angeles, California. Designed to foster dialog and collaboration among advanced arts students and recent graduates, the goal of this ongoing program is to create opportunities for arts students from all disciplines (design, dance, cinema, circus arts, landscape art, visual art, music, new media, film/video and theater) to collaborate across international boundaries.

The Guthrie is pleased to present My Father's Bookshelf, the new original production by up-and-coming Twin Cities theater makers Live Action Set. Brought to life through a uniquely creative process, the show brings the tragicomic exploration of Alzheimer's Disease to the Dowling Studio for 10 performances, June 18 - 28.

All patrons who were 12 years old in 1962 will receive $12 off the adult-ticket price, with proof of age. Patrons 25 and under can purchase tickets to any performance for $10. Pending availability, rush tickets will be sold 15 minutes before curtain for $20. Intiman will offer a pay-what-you-can performance (with a $5 suggested minimum per ticket) on Friday, May 22 at 8 pm. This production is recommended for ages 12 and up.
