The Pasadena Playhouse announced today the full casting and creative team for INTIMATE APPAREL. Single tickets are also now on sale. Set in 1905 in the small Jewish village of Anatevka, Tevye, a poor dairyman, tries to instill in his five daughters the traditions of his tight-knit Jewish community in the face of changing social mores and the growing anti-Semitism of Czarist Russia. Tevye attempts to preserve his family's traditions in a changing world. Tevye's daughter Tzeitel wants to marry a poor tailor instead of the middle-aged butcher her father has chosen for her in the tradition of arranged marriages. Tevye is forced to choose between his daughter's happiness and his culture's beloved traditions.
