Theatre and Dance at Wayne is presenting the Pulitzer Prize-winning musical Next to Normal from January 27th through February 12th at the Hilberry Theatre. The raw, rock-infused show has music by Tom Kitt with book and lyrics by Brian Yorkey and it follows Diana Goodman, a suburban mother grappling with worsening bipolar disorder. The show features two separate casts for this vocally challenging production, in which Diana will be played on alternative performance dates by both Devri Chism and Tiffany Michelle Thompson.

Coyote StageWorks, the Coachella Valley- based award-winning Actors' Equity professional theater company continues it 2016-2017 theatrical season with a production of 'Six Dance Lessons in Six Weeks,' a popular two-character comedy/drama that will feature Loretta Swit and David Engel. Also on the program, a New York premiere for string sextet by Charles Wuorinen. Featured artists: JACK Quartet, pianist Steven Beck, Vox n Plux, violist Miranda Cuckson and cellist Jay Campbell. This concert was produced by Zaidee Parkinson and Alanna Maharajh Stone with generous support from *The Roger Shapiro Fund for New Music.
