Founders Marc Routh and Simone Genatt Haft announced today the expansion of their global theatrical business activities into the establishment of Broadway International Entertainment (BIE), with a number of new productions and tours in the works.

The Broadway League previously announced the shows participating in the 18th KIDS' NIGHT ON BROADWAY, which will take place Monday, February 24, 2014 to Sunday, March 2, 2014. Tickets to participating shows will be available to the public starting today, January 8, 2014 at 10 a.m. ET.

The Broadway League has announced that Idina Menzel from Broadway's new musical If/Then will serve as the 2014 KIDS' NIGHT ON BROADWAY National Ambassador. The 18th KIDS' NIGHT ON BROADWAY will take place Monday, February 24, 2014 to Sunday, March 2, 2014.

Theater for the New City, 155 First Avenue, will present Thunderbird American Dancers in their annual Dance Concert and Pow Wow from January 31 to February 9, 2013. There will be dances, stories and traditional music from the Iroquois and Native Peoples of the Southwest and Great Plains regions.

Following the record-breaking attendance of Festival 2013, Jacob's Pillow Dance Festival announces the 2014 Festival schedule. Jacob's Pillow is a National Historic Landmark, home to America's longest-running dance festival, and a recipient of the National Medal of Arts. Noted dance writer Jennifer Dunning has called the Pillow "the dance center of the nation, possibly the world."

Sheffield Theatres today announces four new shows that go on sale this weekend, as part of the company's spring and summer seasons in 2014. The shows will go on sale to Centre Stage Members on Saturday 1 February and to the general public on Saturday 8 February.

My first experience with Stomp was when I was working at the Wilbur Theatre in Boston in the late 90s as a theatre manager. I recall watching from the back as small bits of plaster floated to the ground. The old building didn't know what it was in for.

Stage Door Productions is proud to be Memphis' newest 501(c)(3) non-profit performing arts organization. Stage Door Productions will make its home on the Memphis Kroc Center stage, a 300-seat theatre this February. Co-Founder and Executive Director Lindsay Mitchell along with Co-Founder and Artistic Director Brandon Kelly will continue management of the Memphis Kroc Center Arts Department through the newly formed company.

Fame and Philanthropy Oscar Night Event announced today that Grammy Award winning, multi-platinum artist and founder of the Compound Foundation, NE-YO, will be performing live at the historic event. Additionally, Cash Money Records DJ duo, Stafford Brothers, will be spinning throughout the evening. Previously announced special guests include James Cameron and Charlize Theron. The inaugural event will be held at a private location in Beverly Hills, CA on Sunday, March 2nd.
