Berkeley Rep to Present West Coast Premiere of Zimmerman's TREASURE ISLAND

Berkeley Repertory Theatre today announced the West Coast premiere of Treasure Island by Tony Award-winning director Mary Zimmerman. Critically praised as "nothing short of sublime" (Chicago-Sun Times), and "Zimmerman remains a superior storyteller " (Chicago Tribune), Treasure Island, a co-production with Chicago's Lookingglass Theatre Company, is a glorious adaptation of Robert Louis Stevenson's most beloved novel. Previews begin Friday, April 22, and the show runs through Sunday, June 5, 2016. Press night for Treasure Island will be held on Friday, April 29. Richard Bean's TOAST to Make US Debut at 59E59 Theaters

59E59 Theaters will host the US premiere of TOAST, written by Richard Bean and directed by Eleanor Rhode. Produced by Snapdragon Productions, in association with Jagged Fence Theatre for the 2016 Brits Off Broadway festival, TOAST begins performances on Wednesday, April 20 for a limited engagement through Sunday, May 22.  Press opening is Wednesday, April 27 at 7 PM.

('ISS') and Egan-Jones Proxy Services ('Egan-Jones') have recommended that Homeinns shareholders vote FOR, among other proposals, the proposal to authorize and approve the Company's previously announced agreement and plan of merger (the 'Merger Agreement'), dated as of December 6, 2015, by and among the Company, BTG Hotels Group (HONGKONG) Holdings Co., Limited ('Holdco'), a wholly owned subsidiary of BTG Hotels (Group) Co., Ltd., a PRC joint stock company that is listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange ('BTG Hotels'), BTG Hotels Group (CAYMAN) Holding Co., Ltd ('Merger Sub'), a wholly owned subsidiary of Holdco, and solely for the purposes of certain sections thereof, BTG Hotels. Pursuant to the Merger Agreement, Holdco will acquire the Company (other than the rollover shares as specified in the Merger Agreement) for cash consideration of US$17.90 in cash per ordinary share or US$35.80 in cash per American depositary share ('ADS') of the Company, each representing two ordinary shares, in each case, without interest and net of any applicable withholding taxes, and Merger Sub will be merged with and into the Company with the Company continuing as the surviving company (the 'Merger').

Theatre N16 to Stage Trio of Shows This Spring & Summer

This Spring/Summer, Theatre N16 will be producing 3 inhouse productions: in April, artistic director Jamie Eastlake will be directing Martin McNamara's new drama about the Guildford Four Your Ever Loving, followed in May by The Killing of Charles Bravo, an exclusive site-specific performance about a real-life murder that happened in Balham, where the theatre is based. Finally, in June, Chris Hislop will be directing a new production of Howard Barker's Gertrude, co-produced by LWL Investments and Entertainment Ltd.
