Just in time for the holiday season, THE WOMAN IN BLACK is inviting guests to try something new this year with a holiday ticket package. Cleveland Play House (CPH) kicks off its 2018-2019 Season with the spine tingling tale of Susan Hill's The Woman in Black.  Hill's gothic ghost story, adapted for the stage by Stephen Mallatratt, will star Bradley Armacost as Arthur Kipps and Adam Wesley Brown as the Actor in the show that Daily Mail called, "A nerve-shredding experience."  Director Robin Herford will recreate his original staging from the London West End.  The American premiere of the West End Production is produced by PW Productions and Pemberley Productions.  Previews begin on September 15th, with press opening on September 21st at the Allen Theatre in Playhouse Square. 

Arts Over Borders will present a series of unique open air presentations of Homer's The Odyssey on nine beaches that stretch along the Atlantic coast between Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, from 9-19 August 2018.

Over eight million people have lived to tell the tale of one of the most successful - and terrifying - theatre events ever staged, and it's coming to shock audiences in Chicago this fall. The Woman in Black - London's long-running West End play -  will open at Chicago's Royal George Theatre in November with all the stage thrills that have led audiences in London to shriek in fear for 30 years.

The Donmar announces full casting for Brian Friel's haunting play Aristocrats. Directed by Lyndsey Turner who returns to the Donmar following Faith Healer, Fathers and Sons and Philadephia, Here I Come!, Aristocrats starts previews from 2 August.

The Irish Repertory Theatre will honor the life and legacy of the great Irish playwright Brian Friel (January 9, 1929 - October 2, 2015) with a memorial celebration to be held on Monday, December 7th, 2015 at Manhattan Theatre Club's Samuel J. Friedman Theatre, 261 West 47th Street, New York City.  Doors will open at 3:30 PM and the celebration will begin at 4:00 PM.   This event is open to the public but attendees must RSVP to friel@irishrep.org and indicate number of attendees.
