The Old Globe presents the U.S. premiere of Life After, a rapturously beautiful and stirring new musical withbook, music, and lyrics by Britta Johnson, directed by the Globe's own Barry Edelstein, opening Friday, March 29 at 8:00 p.m. Withchoreography by Ann Yee and music supervision, arrangements, and orchestrations by Lynne Shankel, Life After will run March 22 - April 28, 2019 on the Donald and Darlene Shiley Stage in the Old Globe Theatre, part of the Conrad Prebys Theatre Center. Preview performances run March 22-28. Life After is produced by special arrangement with Yonge Street Theatricals, Linda Barnett, and Natalie Bartello. Single tickets start at $32.00 and are now on sale. The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts will continue its Broadway Center Stage series with Alan Menken and Howard Ashman's Little Shop of Horrors, helmed by director Mark Brokaw. The production will run Wednesday, October 24, 2018 - Sunday, October 28, 2018.

With iconic choreography and a Tony®-nominated score, this rollicking musical based on the beloved MGM film features a crafty and assertive young bride living in the 1850s Oregon wilderness. She attempts to civilize and marry off her six rowdy brothers-in-law, but her plan goes comically wrong. Featuring high-kicking dance numbers, heartfelt romance and soaring songs. Performances of Seven Brides for Seven Brothers are Tuesday, June 26 through Sunday, July 1 at the Wells Fargo Pavilion.
