Marena Perez, principal dancer of the Balleteatro Nacional de Puerto Rico, and Daniel Ramirez, principal soloist of the Balleteatro Nacional de Puerto Rico, will appear as guest artists in the Midstate Ballet's production of The Nutcracker. The Performances will take place on December 8 (Evening) and 9 (Matinee), 2012 at the Strand Capitol Performing Arts Center in York, Pennsylvania.

Carolina Performing Arts (CPA) at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC-Chapel Hill) today announced the addition of an exceptional two-night program to the performance season of The Rite of Spring at 100. A European premiere from one of Canada's pre-eminent playwrights, Daniel MacIvor, His Greatness opens at the Finborough Theatre on Tuesday, 24 April 2012 (Press Night: Friday, 27 April 2012 at 7.30pm) for a four week limited season.
