Auerbach Pollock Friedlander, theater design consultants of Signature Center, a new performing arts venue, which will be the permanent home of Signature Theatre Company, has completed its work on the center, comprising three intimate theaters, a studio theater, rehearsal studio, public café and bookstore. A performing arts/media facilities planning and design firm that provides the link between the end user of the facility and the designing architect, Auerbach Pollock Friedlander worked in collaboration with Signature Theatre Company, Gehry Partners, LLP and H3 Hardy Collaboration Architecture (architect of record) to provide theater consulting and audio video systems design for Signature Center.

NBC's top-rated summer series 'America's Got Talent' today announced a wide spectrum of popular guest musical and variety acts and exclusive performances that will appear on the show leading up to the live finale on September 14 (8-10 p.m. ET).

Our first guest is Gavin Creel, a two time Tony nominee for HAIR and THOROUGHLY MODERN MILLIE. Creel was also seen in the 2004 Broadway Revival of LA CAGE AUX FOLLES, The Goodman Theatre/Kennedy Center production of BOUNCE, as well as HAIR and MARY POPPINS on the West End. In addition to his work in the theatre, Creel has built up a loyal fan base playing his original music to sold-out crowds across the country and at such New York hot spots as Irving Plaza, Joe's Pub, Symphony Space and Arlene's Grocery. His debut pop album "GOODTIMENATION," and intimate follow-up EP, "Quiet," were both written and recorded with long time collaborator, Robbie Roth. Producers Ben Sprecher and Louise Forlenza, in association with Tony Fusco and Larry Feinman, and by special arrangement with/and based on the Vereinigte Buhnen Wien GmbH production, announced that the new musical REBECCA, based on the classic novel by Daphne du Maurier novel, will open on Broadway Sunday, April 22 at a Shubert theater to be announced. Previews will begin Tuesday, March 27. Sierra Boggess (currently starring in Master Class, The Little Mermaid, Love Never Dies) is in negotiations to play the role of 'I.'

NJPAC, which will be hosting an upcoming touring production of A CHORUS LINE, is hoping to break a Guinness record by amassing 1,629 chorus dancers at The Shops at Riverside in Hackensack, NJ this Saturday. The current record for Guinness' 'World's Largest Chorus Line' was set in 2004 and consisted of 1,628 dancers.

Tony Award winner Jerry Mitchell has been announced as the director/choreographer of the Hollywood Bowl's production of HAIRSPRAY, the 2003 winner of eight Tony Awards including Best Musical, in addition to holding the record as the 20th longest running show in Broadway history. Lon Hoyt has been announced as the musical director of the production. Mitchell was the original choreographer of Hairspray on Broadway, and Hoyt was the original musical director of the Broadway production.
