In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, WOLF HALL and BRING UP THE BODIES author Hilary Mantel discussed her involvement in adapting her novels for Broadway and how taking her stories to the stage has informed the writing of her third book, THE MIRROR AND THE LIGHT.

The Broadway transfer of The Royal Shakespeare Company's Wolf Hall: Parts 1 & 2 begins previews tonight, March 20, 2015 at the Winter Garden Theatre, with an opening day set for Thursday, April 9, 2015.

The Broadway transfer of The Royal Shakespeare Company's Wolf Hall: Parts 1 & 2 announced that a same day general rush will be available at the box office of the Winter Garden Theatre (1634 Broadway, between 50th and 51st Streets). Tickets will be available for $39 each, with a limit of two (2) tickets per person.

Wolf Hall: Parts 1 & 2 will begin previews on Friday, March 20, 2015, at the Winter Garden Theatre, with an opening day set for Thursday, April 9, 2015. Wolf Hall: Parts 1 & 2 is based on the best selling novels by Dame Hilary Mantel (Wolf Hall and Bring Up the Bodies) about the deceit, betrayal, and intrigue of the court of Henry VIII, and adapted for the stage by Mike Poulton. This special event invites theatergoers to be part of a unique theatrical experience, similar to the Royal Shakespeare Company's award winning production of The Life and Adventures of Nicholas Nickleby. According to The New York Times, WOLF HALL and BRING UP THE BODIES novelist Hilary Mantel revealed at the 92nd Street Y last night, March 8, that she wants to try her hand at playwriting.

Producers of the Broadway transfer of The Royal Shakespeare Company's Wolf Hall: Parts 1 & 2 have announced that starting February 27, 2015, patrons will be able to purchase each part of the theatrical event individually.
