Actor, choreographer and deaf community advocate Fred Michael Beam has been named outreach coordinator for Sunshine 2.0, the new theater outreach program at Rochester Institute of Technology's National Technical Institute for the Deaf.
The Professional Association of Canadian Theatres (PACT) is pleased to present the 10th annual Mallory Gilbert Leadership Award to Nancy Webster. The award was presented at the annual PACT Conference in Calgary, AB. Nancy was chosen from a list of seven nominees from across Canada.

Following a successful tour of Alan Ayckbourn's Absent Friends, today London Classic Theatre announces the cast for its production of Waiting for Godot, as part of the company's 15th anniversary season. London Classic Theatre Artistic Director Michael Cabot directs Jonathan Ashley (Pozzo), Peter Cadden (Vladimir), Richard Heap (Estragon), Michael Keane (Lucky) and Sonja Zobel (A Boy). Singer/songwriter Lesley Gore has died in New York City following a battle with cancer. She was 68. Gore is a singer/songwriter with over two dozen hits to her name including such iconic songs as 'Judy's Turn To Cry,' 'She's A Fool,' 'That's the Way Boys Are,' 'Maybe I Know,' 'You Don't Own Me' and the classic smash hit, 'It's My Party.'
