Royal Scottish National Orchestra Florida Tour Begins 3/13

This March, the Royal Scottish National Orchestra will embark upon its first trip to the United States in more than 35 years.  The RSNO, together with Music Director Peter Oundjian and violinist Nicola Benedetti will perform throughout the state of Florida with stops in Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Vero Beach, Gainesville, Fort Myers, Sarasota and Daytona Beach.

Putnam Street in downtown Williamston, starts 2017 with the World Premiere of A Painted Window by Christy Hall.  Performances begin Today, January 26 and run through Sunday, February 26.  Tickets go on sale Tuesday, January 10 at Noon.

San Diego Musical Theatre is proud to announce the cast and creative teams for its two holiday productions this season. For the final year SDMT brings Irving Berlin's White Christmas to the historic Spreckels Theatre, with book by David Ives and Paul Blake, directed by Todd Nielsen. White Christmas runs November 25th- December 4th with press opening today, November 25th. SDMT will also present the World Premiere of Miracle on 34th Street: A Live Musical Radio Play directed by Colleen Kollar Smith, adapted by Lance Arthur Smith, with original music by Jon Lorenz. Miracle on 34th Street runs December 1st - 23rd at the Horton Grand Theatre, with press opening on Thursday, December 8th.

The Fells Point Corner Theater presents The Whipping Man, written by Matthew Lopez, October 14- 30th. The well-known Baltimore director, Barry Feinstein, leads the production, which tells the story of three Richmond Jews-a former Confederate soldier and two of his former slaves.
