He is perhaps equally famous for his staging of Eugene O'Neill's 'Moon for the Misbegotten' premiere on Broadway in 1957.

Friedman Theatre' on Thursday, September 4. The ceremony began at the theatre (261 West 47th Street at 8th Avenue) .
