The complete cast and creative team have been announced for The Old Globe's presentation of Kiss Me, Kate, the classic musical comedy featuring a book by Sam and Bella Spewack and an iconic score by Cole Porter.

Off-Center concert production of Howard Ashman and Alan Menken's Little Shop of Horrors, running for three performances, July 1-2, 2015 at New York City Center. Woodie King Jr's New Federal Theatre will continue its 46th season dedicated to Amira Baraka with the world premiere of his final play, The Most Dangerous Man In America (W. E. B. Du Bois). Performances will begin May 28th, with opening night set for June 11th at the Castillo Theater (543 West 42nd Street). This limited Off-Broadway engagement, directed by Woodie King Jr., will continue through June 28th only.

Stage and screen star Hugh Jackman, who recently returned to Broadway in Jez Butterworth's THE RIVER, is reportedly preparing for a new musical role. In a recent interview with Cigar Aficionado, Jackman revealed that a new film version of Carousel is in the works. Jackman previously played the role of Billy Bigelow in a 2002 concert version of the musical at Carnegie Hall.
