Zev Buffman, Ruth Eckerd Hall, Inc. President & CEO announced today that Susan Crockett has been promoted from Chief Information Officer/VP of Operations to Chief Operating Officer/VP of Operations for Ruth Eckerd Hall, the Capitol Theatre and Ruth Eckerd Hall On The Road.

Ruth Eckerd Hall's Board of Directors announced today that Zev Buffman, President and CEO of Ruth Eckerd Hall, Inc. has received a contract extension through January 1, 2019, extending his term to 7 years. The vote by the board was unanimous.  

The new Stan Zimmerman & Christian McLaughlin play, Knife to the Heart, a comedy about circumcision, will hold a private reading on October 16, 2016, at Los Angeles's Lex Theatre. The cast for the reading will include Wendie Malick (Hot in Cleveland), Todd Sherry (Parks & Recreation), Katie Walder (How I Met Your Mother), and Josh Zuckerman (Desperate Housewives). Michael Matthews will direct.

Complete casting has been announced for the new musical NATASHA, PIERRE & THE GREAT COMET OF 1812, featuring the Broadway debuts of 24 cast and creative team members, including Josh Groban* as 'Pierre' and Denee Benton* as 'Natasha.'

Labyrinth Theater Company presents the world premiere of Homos, Or Everyone in American (October 20-November 27) by Jordan Seavey. WALNUT CREEK, CA (February 4, 2016) – Beethoven's Symphony No. 7, and a performance by California Symphony Principal Clarinetist Jerome Simas and Principal Bassoonist Douglas Brown in R. Strauss's rarely-heard double concerto Duett-Concertino, highlight the California Symphony's “Textbook Classics” program on Sunday, March 20.
