Tickets On Sale Now For ACT's A CHRISTMAS CAROL And SISTER'S CHRISTMAS CATECHISM: THE MYSTERY OF THE MAGI'S GOLD

By:

Tickets to ACT – A Contemporary Theatre’s two holiday shows, A Christmas Carol (November 27-December 27) and Sister’s Christmas Catechism: The Mystery of the Magi’s Gold (November 27-January 3) are on sale now.

A Christmas Carol has been a Seattle holiday tradition since 1976. ACT’s highly-acclaimed adaptation follows the original Dickens tale and takea audiences along on Ebenezer Scrooge’s transformational journey. Tickets start at $27.

New to ACT’s holiday season is Sister’s Christmas Catechism, featuring the return of everyone’s favorite irrepressible and irresistible nun from Late Nite Catechism, Aubrey Manning, as she reprises the role of Sister in this hysterical new show. In this latest addition to the Late Nite Catechism series, Sister employs techniques from her favorite TV show Forensic Files to discover the whereabouts of the Magi’s Gold. Forensic tools in hand, Sister creates a living nativity using audience members dressed as the Holy Family, magi, shepherds, sheep, cattle…and of course, an ass.  She then sets the stage for the crime by directing a local choir in songs of the season that make for an unforgettably fun evening of theatre.  Tickets start at $30.

Tickets to both shows are on sale now at www.acttheatre.org, via the ACT Ticket Office at (206) 292-7676 or in person at 700 Union Street (7th and Union). Group discounts are available by calling (253) 839-4204.
