Thalia's Umbrella Announces Post-Performance Poetry for WHEN LOVE SPEAKS
Thalia's Umbrella announces that each performance of When Love Speaks will be followed (after a brief intermission) by a modern response: a local poet (or our very own local playwright) will curate ten minutes of contemporary love poetry. Here we take our love of poetry in our script and connect it to poets of today!
We will also be partnering with Open Books: A Poem Emporium to support the programming of this small shop, and have books available for sale of both classic and contemporary poets for our audience. Click below for more information on each poet, and visit thaliasumbrella.org for more info on the show.February 9 (preview ) - David Wright
