KidSounds, TeenSounds and YouthSounds BRING ON BROADWAY with Spring Concert
The youth of NWAA bask in the bright lights as they perform Bring on Broadway for their Spring 2012 mainstage concert. Artistic director Paula Hawkins has put together a collection of medleys from Mary Poppins, Les Miserables, The Princess and the Frog, Wicked, Shrek and many other Broadway favorites. There is romance, twisted fairy tales and totally irreverent fun for audiences of all ages. The sounds of Jazz, Zydeco, Blues and Gospel will all contribute.
Northwest Associated Arts youth ticket program lets young people 17 and under in free with a paid adult ticket.
KidSounds Northwest, YouthSounds Northwest, and TeenSounds Northwest are Burien-based choruses for various ages of young singers. All three chorusesd are part of Northwest Associated Arts (NWAA), which has developed a loyal and growing following with family-friendly shows that offer much more than the usual “choral concert.” ChoralSounds Northwest and SilverSounds Northwest are also part of the NWAA family
