Harlequin Productions Presents Israel Horvitz's SIX HOTELS, 5/6-5/29

By: May. 06, 2010

Harlequin Productions will present the west coast premiere of playwright Israel Horvitz's comedy SIX HOTELS, May 6 - 29, 2010.  Four actors play 21 characters in six short plays that take place in six different hotels. It's a mix of art, politics, love, jealousy, comedy, drama, and the general struggle to become actual human beings.

Playwright Israel Horovitz has written over 70 plays that have been translated and performed in over 30 languages worldwide. He approached Harlequin in 2008 about a collaboration on one of his newest blue collar plays. Sins of the Mother (January 2009) was a big hit with the Harlequin audience, the playwright was delighted with the production, and an on-going creative relationship with Mr. Horovitz was forged.
