As part of Seattle Repertory Theatre's Spring Workshop series, veteran stage and screen actor Alan Alda's first full-length play titled 'Radiance' will receive a series of readings on March 26 to 28, 2010. Daniel Sullivan will direct the reading. Casting will be announced at a later date.

Radiance is a surprising, intimate portrait of Marie Curie, the double Nobel Prize-winning pioneer in the field of radioactivity. Recently widowed, embroiled in a fiery love affair, and at the cusp of scientific world prominence, Marie Curie's story is bursting with passion for life, science, and love.

Workshop performances are scheduled for March 26, 7:30 p.m.; March 27, 7:30 p.m.; March 28, 2 p.m.
