MIH Theatre to Present Loften Mitchell's BUBBLING BROWN SUGAR

Musical theatre lovers will return to the Harlem Renaissance in New York City when Make It Happen Theatre Company, Inc. (MIH) brings Loften Mitchell's jumping musical revue, Bubbling Brown Sugar, to the Carver Theatre June 24 and 25 at 7 p.m. This commemorative production will not only honor and celebrate the lives and contributions of the late Dr. Frank Adams and Mr. Bill Harris, two incredible Birmingham educators who dedicated themselves to teaching young artists, but funds generated will help provide children of low-income families with scholarships to attend the 2016 MIH Summer Performing Arts Academy at the Birmingham Civil Rights Institute.
