Debuting at this year’s Edinburgh Festival Fringe is a brand new One Man Fast Show SLIPSTICK , played by the Argentinian –Spanish mime expressionist actor Martin Kent.
SLIPSTICK a symbiosis between the slapstick -exageration- and lipstick -loads of clown lipstick is an unstoppable performance, including lots of parodies and caricaturism where the audience can be witness of the preparation of the actor in an imaginary mirror, using one unique mask almost kabuki right before the actual extravaganza start , like a surrealistic circus of characters a half man and woman, ballet ballerina with 6 legs, a deaf worst opera singer, Living Cartoon Monalisa trying to run away from the stablished portrait of life, life size puppets inspired from Sound of Music, and the Andrews Sisters,an Over the Top parodies of the rock and pop Celebrities, some elements from the slapstick humor in an irreverent satire of the mitical movies, including a mini ship of Titanic. plus a few serious tributes, showing the skill of the actor in different fields.
Many costumes changes and a living scenography makes the audience travel in a journey to a fantasy
