The critically acclaimed Cinnabar Theater and 6th Street Playhouse co-production of Ted Swindley's musical, Always, Patsy Cline returns to the Cinnabar Theater in Petaluma for an encore presentation. This musical pays tribute to Pasty Cline (who epitomized the country music sound in the late 1950s and ' 60s) in a true story told with humor, emotion, music and a little audience interaction.
Presented in a cabaret setting, "Always, Patsy Cline" tells the story of Cline's friendship with Louise Sager, a devoted Houston fan who met the country singing star in 1961 and continued a correspondence with Cline until her death in 1963. Featuring a live band performing more than 25 country standards including Cline's endearing hits I Fall to Pieces, Crazy, Back in Baby's Arms and She's Got You.Featuring Mary Gannon-Graham of Sebastopol as Patsy Cline and Liz Jahren of Sebastopol as Louise Seger, both nominated for S.F.
