Ron Cohn is a man with many hats; attorney, director, teacher, manager, publicist, and producer with an impressive list of credits as an acting and performance coach as well. But singer should be at the top of the list. He'll be doing his "Soft Lights And Sweet Music - Ron Cohn Sings Irving Berlin" at a 2 PM matinee performance today, June 16th at Arthur Newman Theatre in The Joslyn Center Theater in Palm Desert.

Ron loves to take his audiences behind the scenes of each song and educate them as well as entertain with stories about the shows and films in which they were used as well as singers who introduced them or made them famous.

Local Musical Director Denis Moreen, who is quite active in local musical groups and chorus, will join Ron on the piano today, June 16th at 2 PM with doors opening at 1 PM. Tickets are $10 cash at the box office and is being presented by Les Michaels as part of the Life Is A Cabaret Sundays In Summer Series and The Joslyn Center with reservations available by calling 760-325-2731.
