Kai and Gerda have been friends for as long as they can remember. One day, in a whirl of magic and deception, Kai is pulled under the spell of the powerful Snow Queen of ice and coldness. He is so hurt that he closes off his feelings and is taken by the Queen. Through sheer force of will and true love, Gerda sets out to find him to melt that frozen heart. Set in a beautiful icy grotto with catchy music by composer Ivan Stott, the story is told by 3 actors and a crow puppet who take on the characters that Gerda meets on her journey.
