About the Album: When a home invasion robbery turns deadly, the lone survivor will stop at nothing to avenge his lost loved ones in Law Abiding Citizen, an explosive examination of blind justice from the director of The Italian Job.
The thriller Law Abiding Citizen features a musical score by Brian Tyler (Eagle Eye, The Fast and the Furious Ð Tokyo Drift, War) that is a thematic tribute to the classic noir films of the past, but with a modern edge. Tyler conducts the Hollywood Studio symphony to soaring heights while giving the listener a full range of emotional experiences. Eclectic instrumentation is employed with Tyler himself playing electric cello, charango, piano, drums, guitars, and even a much overlooked classic noir instrument - the vibraphone. The music ranges from introspective to absolutely thrilling while the dueling nature of the characters can be heard in every note, as the battle of wits builds in intensity throughout the album. The end result is what director F. Gary Gray labels Òa CLASSIC score!"
