HAIR HAIR comes to Teatro Municipal Joaquimbenite in Portugal on May 11 and 12, 2019.

The from wonderful painter drawings and illustrator João Vaz de Carvalho (b. 1958), the Puppet Theater of Porto created a spectacle inhabited by unusual characters that appear in a place somewhere a "there" any, "where everything is usually spent , other than combing. In there, dogs and rockets are there and trains are not known if there will be. And live, who lives there? [...] Over the course of 45 minutes, viewers will come across a wireless conductor story, passed in a space that is nothing. Or [that] can be everything: a beach, a desert, a field, a village and you know what other stops. The Oporto Puppet Theater , created in 1988, is a company whose theatrical practice innovated and changed forever the way in which the puppets' place in the theater was seen in Portugal. His repertoire began with the Dom Roberto Theater - puppets of the Portuguese tradition, which João Paulo Seara Cardoso (1956-2010) inherited from the hands of Mestre António Dias, the last representative of the generation of itinerant puppets in 1980 -, followed by It is a unique and original creation based on the popular heritage of legends, practices and theatrical rituals of the North of the Country. Since 2010 the structure of research, in permanent interdisciplinary crossroads, has been the artistic direction of Isabel Barros (n. 1965), choreographer, set designer, performer, programmer and trainer who signs the stage and stage set for this show.
